This event combines a guided tour with a workshop for adults. During a tour of the museum, Violette Tanner will first provide an insight into nutrition and food storage in the 19th century. Having their own cow in the barn ensured survival for many people and provided them with hearty meals. In the workshop that follows, participants will make their own cream cheese from fresh raw milk.
