From the first floor to the granary

Guests are welcomed in the delightful parlor and elegant dining room. They can drink tea or play cards. The exquisite furniture is beautifully coordinated with the wallpaper and curtains.
An ensemble of hand-painted decorative vases and porcelain figures is arranged on the bureau in the salon. There is a strong feeling of homeliness, domesticity and wellbeing.

While the lady of the house passes her time with lacework and embroidery, the maid sorts the laundry in the ironing room and the children play next door. In the kitchen, the cook stokes the fire and puts the pot on for the soup.

The cellar serves as a refrigerator, where the vegetables are stored next to large barrels of wine. The stables, a workshop and storage rooms are separate from the main house.
Here, in the cold backhouse, is the laborer’s bedroom. Above it is the attic, full of grain, hay and a wide range of agricultural equipment.
